The County Commission has the following document types available beginning in 1996. The sections are accessed from the Legislative Information main Online Services page.

The county page search features give uneven results without specific dates or exact keywords.

Without knowledge of the commission meeting date, or ordinance number, you can attempt to use the site search feature in the upper right of the pages, using keywords for an involved party or company name. A Google site search utilizing the following syntax: [ your keyword here ] site:miamidade.gov, might provide further information.

Also, the legislative page lists only the last year or so of minutes. Those minutes are important in that the full commission often discusses issues at length prior to voting on a major land use or budget measure. For materials not listed on the main pages you need to contact the Clerk of the Board, who in this case is also the Clerk of the Courts. In addition to the contact information listed on the commission pages, the Clerk maintains this web page.
