Includes commentaries of cases, news and events, the statute of the Special Court, rules of procedure and evidence, case law. Although The Hague Justice Portal has not being updated since December 2011, the ownership of the Portal was transferred to Mark P Dillon and Philipp Amann on the 1st of March 2014 and a new streamlined version of the website is currently being create.
The Special Court for Sierra Leone (SCSL) and the Residual Special Court for Sierra Leone (RSCSL)
The Residual Special Court for Sierra Leone was established by an agreement between the United Nations and the Government of Sierra Leone to oversee the continuing legal obligations of the Special Court for Sierra Leone after its closure in 2013. These include witness protection, supervision of prison sentences, and management of the SCSL archives. This website includes and significantly expands the information contained in the original SCSL website.
